I am a person centred counsellor working in the Low Fell area. My aim is to offer my clients a safe, welcoming, non judgemental and confidential space to explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace and in a way which they feel comfortable with.
I can help you with a wide range of issues including; anger, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. I can incorporate a range of interventions in to our work; CBT, grounding techniques, guided imagery, play therapy and creative therapies. The interventions I use are dependent on my clients age, needs and preferences.
I believe there is something special about the counselling relationship and the positive impact it can and does have on my clients psychological well-being. By viewing my profile you have taken the first step towards seeking help and support. This can be a difficult decision to make but you have done it.
