Hello. I’m Angela Diac and I am an experienced qualified psychotherapist offering private counselling sessions in Sidcup and online.

I am easy to talk to and skilled at building a therapeutic relationship that can support you through a difficult time.

If you are exhausted and struggling to do things you previously did with ease, feel isolated and alone in a world where everyone seems happy, feel stuck and don’t know what to do? I can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings, why they make you feel the way they do and learn how to regulate your emotions, respond rather than react so that you can start feeling better.

I believe that every person is unique and we all have the capacity to make changes that will improve our life to feel happier.

You know better than anyone what’s good for you so my aim is to support you find a way that works for you and makes you happy. I will meet you where you are on your unique grief journey and walk alongside you for as long as you need me to by offering an open and confidential space to talk in order to facilitate positive change.

No matter what issues you are struggling with I’m here to help you navigate through the pain, anger, sadness, relief, guilt, fear, regret and adapt to the changes in your life.

As well as loss and bereavement, I am able to help if you are experiencing issues such as life changes, separation and divorce, depression, anxiety, family issues, stress and burn-out, low self-esteem, panic attacks, loneliness and isolation, suicidal thoughts, PTSD.

I've worked with many people who were struggling to get out of bed, locking themselves away, feeling lonely or unable to put their needs first.

If you would like to book an introductory call pick up the phone or send an email to see how I can help you. Let's do the work... together!

My phone is on silent when I am working. Please text me at your convenience, giving your name, the times and days that you are available and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. You can also check the available slots I have for counselling on my website.

I work with adults on one to one sessions and also offer therapy support groups.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
