Further information

Beyond my direct client work, I provide specialized training and consultancy to organizations, focusing on neurodiversity and trauma-informed practices. With extensive NHS experience, I have delivered training to social work staff, foster carers, and mental health professionals, equipping them with deeper insights into developmental trauma and Systemic Theory & Practice.

I also collaborate with schools to enhance their understanding of children's complex presentations, helping educators recognize and respond effectively to individual needs.

Through this expertise, I support organizations looking to:

  • Develop inclusive practices and policies for a neurodiverse workforce.
  • Provide professionals in schools with a deeper understanding of developmental trauma and neurodiversity, enabling them to recognize children's presenting issues and review behavioral policies effectively.

If your organization seeks to create a more informed, inclusive, and supportive environment, I can provide tailored guidance and training.
