About me

I am an accredited Psychotherapist, and accredited EMDR Psychotherapist specialising in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress, complex Trauma and Anxiety based Disorders. I have worked with hundreds of clients over the last 25 years, either in clinical settings such as the Priory Hospital or at my private practices in central London and now Cheltenham. I have trained in several psychological approaches and use tailored interventions designed to suit each individual client and their presenting problem. My extensive experience enables me to work across broad range of issues from clinically diagnosed mental health issues to developing resilience in the workplace. I believe that all successful and lasting change work is built upon the foundation of a good, solid working relationship with each valued client. I have extensive experience working with clients online.
