About me
As human beings, we all face challenges and transitions throughout our life-time, which at times may throw us off balance and make us feel scared or anxious.
Life can be challenging and at times difficulties will arise for all of us regarding; loss, change or endings. We may experience anxiety, depression or have difficulties with self-image, family, or personal relationships. We may experience unresolved issues from our past or experience repetitive patterns in our lives which we want to change. Internally we may feel vulnerable and unclear on how to resolve our issues and move forward.
We may seek support from a professional who is warm, objective, understanding, and non-judgmental, to help us understand and work through what we are experiencing.
I support my clients to understand themselves and their experiences in a meaningful way and help them to arrive at a new place within themselves and their lives.
I believe clients should be supported to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and a deeper self-trust, in order that they live their lives more authentically, from the inside out.
I work collaboratively with my clients, supporting them to face challenges at their own pace, whilst supporting them to feel empowered to make any desired and meaningful changes in their lives.
I am an experienced psychotherapist and have been practicing for over 14 years.
