Andrew Roberts UKCP Registered Psychotherapist
H, I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and counsellor and work with adults of all ages who have struggled with the pressures of modern life and have experienced a wide range of emotional and relational issues.
I have a good understanding of how difficult it can be to manage these issues on your own and how important it can be to explore and understand your difficult feelings alongside another person in a safe and confidential environment which is not always possible in our regular relationships.
It is my aim in our sessions to provide an empathic and non-judgmental environment which can help form a good working relationship that would have a clear focus on how things are for you by giving you a chance to be heard and the opportunity to use the therapeutic relationship to gain a better understanding of yourself and why you feel like you do. We would then look to unlock your own inner potential which could be integrated to help start you road to recovery, offering you greater choice and the potential of positive change in your life.
