About me

Hello, my name is Andy and I’m a qualified, experienced and registered Person-Centred Counsellor in the Glasgow and East Kilbride area.

My goal as a Therapist is to offer a safe and compassionate place, where people can get support for the challenges of life.

Maybe something has happened to you that's brought you to this page? or maybe it feels impossible to imagine a positive future? There is hope.

One of the guiding principles for my work is that therapeutically it’s the relationship with self that heals. This experience helps me work in line with your needs and goals. You, being the most important part of the Counselling. Your problems are just as unique as you are.

I have worked with various issues, but special areas of interest include:

  • Abuse
  • Anxiety & Generalized anxiety disorders
  • Depression
  • Panic
  • Relationship issues
  • Suicide

While you can’t go back and change the beginning, I would love to meet you where you are, and help change the ending.

Please use the contact tabs to arrange our first session or check out my website for more information.

As well as my private practice, my experience also involves work as an EAP Counsellor and in Third Sector Charities.
