About me
I offer psychological therapy to adults, face-to-face at my office in Gloucester or online.
I specialise in helping individuals who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, PTSD, emotion regulation and relationship difficulties.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 10-years of qualified experience as a Clinical Psychologist. I have completed additional trainings in EMDR, DBT and Psychodynamic therapy.
I offer professional supervision and consultation to other healthcare professionals.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
