About me

We will work together to change your life, response, thinking patterns, and habits or improve your mental and emotional well-being.

First, we discover your specific needs and then find the most suitable therapy style for you (psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, counselling or coaching).

The appointments are flexible; you do not have to attend at the same time every week. Single-session therapy is available too.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified and registered Advanced Level Hypno-psychotherapist, specialising in anxiety, phobias, insomnia, pre-natal and post-natal mental health and emotional infertility. Still, I can help you with many more mental health issues. You can also contact me if you feel stuck and want to change your life.

My training in integrative psychotherapy allows me to understand your issue deeper and use different techniques to provide personalised therapy for you. By choosing me, you have the advantage of having a wide choice of methodology, including psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, counselling or coaching.
