About me
Hi, I’m a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, offering support both online and in Guildford. I specialise in helping people like you who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, including childhood trauma. I know how hard it can be to admit that you need help, let alone seek it out. But I’m glad you’ve taken this step—it’s already a big achievement.
If you're feeling anxious, exhausted, or low, and life just doesn’t seem to make sense anymore—whether it’s at home, at work, or in your relationships—you’re not alone. Maybe you’re confused about why you can’t stop certain feelings or behaviours, no matter how hard you try. Or perhaps you constantly feel like you’re not good enough, no matter what you accomplish.
I get it. These struggles can be overwhelming, but they don’t have to define your life. In my practice, I offer a deeply personalised approach, tailored specifically to your needs. My aim is to help you find clarity and lasting solutions by really understanding you—your life, your challenges, and your strengths. Our work together will be about you and what you need to feel better.
In our first session, we’ll take the time to talk about what’s going on for you, and how therapy could help. You’ll have the space to ask questions, explore your concerns, and understand how we can work together to move forward at a pace that feels right for you. My priority is to ensure you feel comfortable and safe while we uncover the root causes of what’s troubling you.
Whatever you’re going through, it matters. And you deserve a compassionate, professional, and confidential space to work through it. While I don’t have a magic wand to make everything disappear, I’ve helped many clients tap into their own strengths and find the inner resources they never knew they had. Together, we can work towards helping you rediscover your confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.
If you are trying to resolve your problems but feel stuck and finding it difficult to get the results you want, please give me a call on +44 7425 110038 for a free telephone consultation. Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
