About me

I offer Integrative Arts Psychotherapy based in a consulting room in Bushey Health, Hertfordshire, offering privacy and safety, unrestricted parking, all in a quiet location that is designed to make you feel at ease (unfortunately no disabled access).

Integrative Arts Psychotherapy uses seven different art forms;-

  • Sand tray
  • Clay
  • Painting and drawing
  • Body process
  • Poetry
  • Music
  • Drama

These practices can help address disorders such as anxiety depression, mid-life crisis, childhood abuse, autistic spectrum disorders, dissociation, marital problems. By utilising your imagination and creativity, we can work together to facilitate healing on a deeper level than talking can achieve alone.

Having initially studied Fine Art And Printmaking, I now have 20 years clinical experience working in various fields and settings including One to One, Couple Therapy, Group Art Psychotherapy, schools, psychiatric hospitals, voluntary sector with children, adolescents and adults.
