Are you feeling overwhelmed with life? Struggling to cope with difficult feelings and emotions? This may be something you have been experiencing for a long time or something quite new. Whatever it is that is troubling you, feeling this way can be a very lonely experience. As your counsellor I can offer you a safe and confidential space where together we can explore the difficulties you are experiencing and what is going on for you.
Having experienced many difficult and challenging situations on my own life is what attracted me to working in the field of counselling and I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential.
I am a person centered therapist which means that the therapy is led by my clients needs and is tailored according to the specific support you may need. I can provide short term or long term counselling and this will depend on your specific needs.
Starting your counselling journey can be very daunting and finding the right therapist for you can be difficult but it is so important, therefore I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation, where we can briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, what you'd like to get from it and so you can decide if I’m the right therapist for you.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
