Feeling lost, stressed, anxious, or struggling with your mental wellbeing in any way during this time of isolation? Believe it or not, you’re not alone. Psychological health affects one in four people worldwide. When we keep our emotions locked up inside of us, it can cause physical problems, which is why it’s so important to find someone you can trust to talk to, so you don’t feel so alone.
As an experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist, with a diploma from Yale University in ‘The Science of Well-being’, I am passionate about finding the root cause of psychological problems, both physically and emotionally.
I work at a very deep level to help uncover underlining issues by helping clients understand why they feel the way they do. We do this by working together with various techniques, including regression work and inner child therapy. This helps you to have a real understanding of yourself, your emotions & behaviours. It also may help you to identify how your past may be affecting your present.
Do you feel that there is a part of you missing, like an emptiness within? Alone even when surrounded by others? Do you feel like no one really understands you? Or are you trying to find love and connection but are scared of commitment or getting hurt? Are certain behaviours or emotions you are experiencing which confuse you or you're not comfortable with and don't understand why it is affecting you? These are all common problems that I have a lot of experience in working through and guiding people to understand why they may be having these emotions.
We will work together to uncover what lies underneath these behavioural patterns. Sometimes therapy is about exploring who you really are and allowing yourself the time, space and trust to truly accept all aspects of yourself as only then through self-acceptance can you truly begin to change and learn how to attract the life or relationship or career you truly desire.
Alongside my Psychotherapy work with addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, stress and all other emotional difficulties, I also have extensive experience and training in Psychosexual therapy, and work with male and female sexual issues and all types of relationship issues, including marital problems. This may also include physiological difficulties like erectile dysfunction, ejaculatory difficulties, porn & or sex addiction & LGBTQ issues.
I am a certified member of the governing body, The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and adhere to their code of ethics and guidelines, which means that everything between us will be strictly private & confidential. I hope this gives you peace of mind and reassurance that your voice will only be heard and respected by myself.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, and adhering to government guidelines, I will now be handling all therapy sessions virtually via phone or video link. I am offering a 15-minute phone or zoom call free of charge, where you may ask me any questions or concerns you may have about counselling, and more importantly, see if you feel comfortable with me, as the relationship you have with your therapist is most important.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
