About me

I am a passionate counsellor who works at a very deep therapeutic level to uncover the underlying issues that may be causing you difficulties in your life or relationships. I offer a unique way of working by using different interventions to help you to quickly get to the root of your problems without wasting time and money.  I work towards change, and get 'fast' life changing results for all my clients.

I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist is most important which is why I offer a no obligation free consultation, so you have the opportunity to meet me and see if you feel comfortable with me and the way I work.

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate"  -Carl Jung-

I specialise in using Inner Child work which is an incredibly powerful way for working with all relationship, intimacy & sexual issues, anxiety, low self esteem, trauma, stress, depression, addictions and all other problems that affect your life.  "When you free the Inner Child, you free the adult also".  -  Alcazar.

I have a beautiful bespoke private therapy residence in the heart of Knightsbridge where you will find an oasis of privacy, calm and tranquillity.   believe that having a place where you can come and feel safe, secure and nurtured helps you to relax, switch off from the outside world and embrace this extraordinary therapeutic journey.

As an experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist, I also have an advanced diploma from Yale University in ‘The Science of Psychology & Well-being’.

I am a certified member of the governing body, The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and adhere to their code of ethics and guidelines, which means that  I have a legal requirement to keep everything between us strictly private & confidential. I also offer NDA to those who require it. I hope this gives you peace of mind and reassurance that your voice will only be heard and respected by myself.

I also have extensive experience and training in Psychosexual therapy, and work with male and female sexual issues and all types of relationship issues, including marital problems. This may also include physiological difficulties like erectile dysfunction, ejaculatory difficulties, porn & or sex addiction & LGBTQ issues.

I offer face to face therapy and am available weekdays, evenings and weekends.  I am extremely flexible to help accommodate your busy life schedule. I also offer on-line zoom, video call or telephone therapy.

Please feel free to email or message me with any questions as I am always happy to answer any concerns you may have.  I understand how daunting this process can be when looking for the right counsellor so please do not feel afraid to reach out and just ask.  I am here for you.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
