About me

I am a UKCP accredited, psychoanalytic psychotherapist, working in private practice in North London (Crouch End & Highgate). I have worked within the NHS's mental health services, as well as at Islington MIND and the London Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I specialise in long-term work, offering weekly, twice or three times weekly sessions, but I am also available for shorter-term work.

I have daytime and evening appointments available.

During our initial consultation, we will discuss what has led you to seek therapy at this time, as well as discussing the frequency of sessions and fees. We will meet regularly each week and sessions will last 50 mins.

I practice in North London.

Further information

Psychotherapy can help with a wide range of problems, including anxiety and depression; family and relationship breakdown; issues in the workplace; feelings of meaninglessness and lack of direction.

Psychoanalysis offers a particular approach to therapy, which focuses on the unconscious forces driving us, and on the deeply held beliefs, concerns, wishes and fears which may be at the root of suffering. This means it is often a long-term process, which can be difficult and painful at times. But psychoanalysis also offers a creative, enriching and enjoyable exploration of our experience of the world.
