About me
I am an accredited counsellor and a psychotherapist with the NHS and in private practice. My main languages are English and French. Fees are between £25 and £50.
I am also an accredited National Counselling Society (NCS) Supervisor. I offer supervision at £50 per 50 minute session face-to-face and online (with VSee, DoxyMe, Zoom or Skype for business). If you are interested and would like to discuss supervision further, please email me. I can offer a lower fee of £25 if you are a student or on benefits.
I trained in Northampton in Integrative Counselling (MSc), in London at London Southbank University in Addiction Counselling and Psychology (MSc) and in Southampton in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (PGCert).
I have been in clinical practice during the past 14 years.
My main clinical interest are depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, relationships, addiction and spiritual identity.
I am able to work with clients who present with:
- Panic attacks, anxiety and phobia
- Depression, lack of self-esteem and self-worth
- Eating disorders
- Couples relationship and difficulty to bond with other individuals
- Reduced ability to deal with stress and stressful events
- Addiction issues
- Difficulty with memory, the ability to make plans and commitments
- Work related issues, conflict at work and performance
I am member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP accredited), the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the National Counselling Society (NCS accredited).

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
