About me
Life is full of challenges and we all face times when we feel like things are not going right.
Counselling or psychotherapy provides a safe space for you to explore whatever you are dealing with at the moment, with a non-judgemental compassionate therapist. It can enable you to live life fully and feel more in control over your emotional and physical well-being and your relationships.
I'm a qualified clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. I have helped people with a wide range of issues, like relationships difficulties, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety. I have a special interest in working with people who have experienced trauma, and I've specialized in working with adult survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence for over 10 years.
I use different therapy modalities and tailor therapy to each client's individual needs.
You can come for an initial session to see if you feel that we can work together.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
