About me

Making the first step into therapy could sometimes feels hard, however you have made this first step by visiting this page.

My experience working with adults and children over the last 8 years allows me to be able to support you to explore your feelings and thoughts and find how they may be impacting your life. My work is focused on trauma, relationships, mental health issues, depression, addictions, anxiety, anger, career, eating disorder and family issues. I have worked in many different settings such as charity, community, and private organisations for mental health and wellbeing over the last 8 years. I have been supporting people as a therapist at British Red Cross and I am aware of cultural differences and diversity.

I am a fully qualified and registered psychotherapist who works in a holistic way taking into consideration all the dynamics. My way of working is pluralistic and person-centered. Our 60-minute sessions are confidential and tailored to meet your needs. We can explore your thoughts/feelings and find different perspectives while making connections with family history, relationships, friendships.

Empathy, non-judgmental space, and my expertise will support you to explore safely your feelings and thoughts. We can also pay extra attention to the bodily sensation as my specialisation is on Dance/ Movement Psychotherapy. I am looking the person as a whole and I am paying extra attention on the body-mind connection.

I am working with couples and families and I am paying extra attention on the relationship dynamics, verbal and non- verbal communication.
