If you or your loved one are looking for support with mental health issues or feelings of increased stress and frustration, I am here to help. Seeking professional help can seem like a big step to take, as it requires you to make some changes. However, you are currently reading my profile because you have made the first very brave step of seeking help beyond your circle of friends and family. Surely you want the support of a practitioner that is qualified, skilled, experienced, and accredited. But what you also need is a practitioner that you can connect to, and that listens with real understanding and true empathy. Someone that supports you achieve your goals, helps you cope, and ultimately heal. Based on my experience these are the most potent forces for change and this is exactly what I offer to my clients. Clients who work with me also appreciate my approachability and my ability to put them at ease.

I exclusively provide online therapy and psychological assessments for adults and adolescents. I am experienced in multiple models of therapy to tailor my therapy style according to my client’s needs, goals and what works best for them. We refer to this as an integrative approach. However, I am more drawn to using techniques from evidence-based therapy like CBT in my sessions, which my clients find very helpful. I am also a hypnotherapist therefore I can also offer hypnotherapy if requested.I have significant experience working with trauma, abuse, depression and anxiety, yet I also work with a range of different issues. Trust and mutual respect is central to my way of working along utmost professionalism.

As an accredited Counselling Psychologist, with a Masters degree; I help many clients from all types of backgrounds and cultures achieve their goals, heal, change and cope better, resulting in better mental health and wellbeing. Training, qualifications & experience

I successfully achieved my BA Psychology & Management with emphasis on International Business degree with a 1stClass Honours from Regent’s University London (RUL). In the end of 2017, I completed my MSc Psychological Studies (conversion) at the University of Glasgow, which in turn provide me with graduate basis for chartership. At the same time I was undertaking counselling courses at Chrysalis Courses, which lasted four years.

This year I have concluded my studies on AIM awards level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from the Chrysalis Courses, completing a final phase of training to be a qualified counsellor. I am also trained in hypnotherapy and accredited by The National Hypnotherapy Society (HS). Over the last 2 years I have completed more than 100 practical hours of clinical supervised practice at two charities. I continue to work for the charity that empowers women who have suffered domestic abuse.

Free initial consultation. My fee can be discussed when we meet. Any appointments cancelled outside of 48 hour period are payable in full. Payment is expected a week prior your session to confirm your appointment. Payments by bank transfer and debit cards are accepted. I do not accept payment by credit card or checks. If you have concerns regarding your payment, please discuss it with me during our session.
