Do you want to feel more confident in your life? Would you like to have more control over your anxiety and understand yourself and your relationships better? Maybe you want to feel empowered enough to let others know what you need and to feel like you can be yourself more of the time? These are just some of things that I can help you with. As a counsellor working with adults (online or in-person in Kent) I aim to make the experience of counselling as comfortable as possible for you, offering you a safe and welcoming space whilst providing you with coping strategies and insights to help you gain clarity in your life.
As someone with familial experience of Autism/ADHD, as well as professional experience of working with neurodivergent individuals, I understand the importance of finding the right type of counselling and have a special interest in this area. My flexible approach to counselling, whether short or long term, will help you to feel safe and empowered.
Thank you for looking at my profile. I believe it's most important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor so I offer a free 15 minute phone or online consultation to see if you think I'm the right fit for you or your loved one. The best way to contact me is to drop me an email.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
