Amy Marsden - MBACP advanced diploma in integrated counselling
I am a friendly, down to earth Counsellor with a non-judgemental and patient approach to clients. It is difficult to sum up what Counselling offers because 1 size does NOT fit all. What you can always expect from me, is a cup of coffee or tea and a non-judgemental ear.
I believe you know yourself better than anyone else, therefore I will not try to direct/advise you, but simply be present and supportive in your journey through therapy.
Our potential to be who we truly want to be and have the life we sometimes only dream of, can often to blocked by unresolved past experiences. Therapy really can help!
I can help with anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress and more. You can ring me to book a session, or if picking up the phone feels a little bit daunting we can have our initial contact via email/text if you prefer.
What to do next
You can ring/text me or send an email. Making the first is often quite difficult so use the contact method that you feel more comfortable with.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and are usually weekly or fortnightly, however these can be flexible to suit your needs. It is important that you find the right therapist for you and therefore Ito give you the opportunity to see if I am the right counsellor for you.
