About me

I hold the belief that every person has the potential to grow and to change their life in a positive way. As well as face-to-face counselling, I offer Skype, email and telephone counselling. By offering you a deeply empathic and non-judgmental way of listening, I can support you in working out how to overcome any difficulties that you may be experiencing. In working together we will build a therapeutic relationship through which you can feel safe and supported and able to explore what is going on for you. I can help with a variety of issues including: anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, relationship issues, depression, loss, sadness, family issues, separation and divorce.

I have worked with a variety of clients with a wide range of issues for five years and I am currently working in private practice in Lewes. I am an Accredited, registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).

I currently work as a Health Professional offering telephone and online counselling for AXA ICAS as part of their Employee Assistance Programme.
