ONLINE COUNSELLING SESSIONS £65.00 -  YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

Contacting a counsellor can sometimes feel daunting but at the same time, it may be one of the most rewarding things you do. Counselling can help if you are finding life a struggle; finding life meaningless or your relationships empty. Maybe you have suffered bereavement or feel constantly sad or anxious and feel out of control or worrying about everything.

My role is to help you make sense of what is happening and not just label your experience. I believe the key to success is through the relationship of therapist and client and I work towards a carefully bounded relationship where you can feel safe, tell your story and really be listened to. I offer empathy and a space where you can feel valued and talk in comfortable surroundings.

Specialities - anxiety, depression, low moods and those suffering with eczema.
