I am an accredited counsellor and integrative psychotherapist. I am also fully qualified as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR practitioner and PICT (Parks Inner Child Therapy) therapist.

I provide a warm and safe environment to explore with you the reasons that bring you to therapy, in a confidential and respectful manner. I work in a collaborative way to identify potential causes of your difficulties and to develop strategies that can help you live life more fully.

I work with adults only.

I also provide specialist and evidence-based psychological treatment for the NHS and adhere to the NICE guidelines, which are professional standards of high quality healthcare from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence.

My specialist areas are working with depression, low self-esteem/self-image, anxiety disorders and relationship issues. Some of the main anxiety disorders I work with include obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety, panic attacks/panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, specific phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

As part of the assessment process, all new clients are offered an initial consultation with no obligation to proceed any further. This will give you the opportunity to experience what it is like to be in a therapeutic relationship with me and it will give you a sense of how I work. It will also allow me to assess some of your needs and discuss how I can support you.

I currently offer appointments on Monday morning only. 

I offer remote sessions only,  via telephone or Skype/Zoom.

Individual therapy: £80 per 50 min session

Reduced-fee sessions may be available depending on your personal circumstances

Clinical supervision available
