About me

Therapy can be a confidential, supportive and non-judgmental place to explore feelings and issues. It can help people develop acceptance, understanding and ways of coping. Counselling can also help people work towards goals, make positive change, improved relationships, and a reduction of unhelpful habits and behaviours.

I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I use a variety of techniques and approaches in my work. I tailor my way of working to meet the needs of the individual I am working with. The way we work will also depend on what you would like to achieve through therapy.

I have worked with clients experiencing a range of issues and have experience of short-term, long-term and open-ended therapy. You are welcome to bring very specific, solution-focused issues to be worked on in the short-term. At the same time, issues which require exploration over a longer period of time are welcome too. The length of time for which we work together can be decided at a later date.

I offer counselling face-to-face, over the phone and via email. Please contact directly for further information about telephone or email counselling.

Training, qualifications & experience
