About me
Hi, I’m Aman. As a CBT therapist, I am dedicated to providing a kind, compassionate, and tailored approach to each individual I work with. Do you ever find yourself overthinking or worrying endlessly? Do negative thoughts often hold you back or leave you feeling stuck? I understand that every person’s journey is unique, which is why I adapt my support to suit different age groups and needs. Whether working with children, young people, or adults, I am passionate about helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. My goal is to empower those I work with to develop practical skills and coping strategies that promote lasting change and mental well-being. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and respected throughout their therapeutic journey.
