An integrative psychotherapy and collaborative approach to discovering your powerful ability to self-heal.
I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist - MA, BSc, (Hons), Integrative Dip, offering private therapy for individuals and couples in South West London and an International Certified Fitness Trainer (ISSA).
As an Integrative Practitioner, I am trained in multiple therapeutic approaches, allowing me to provide both short-term, solution-focused therapy and longer-term, in-depth treatment. This flexibility ensures that I can tailor our work together to best suit your individual needs.
With over 7 years of experience working in the NHS, Rehabilitation Centres and Hospices, working with Mental Health, Trauma, Substance Misuse Services, and Bereavement. I have worked with a diverse range of clients and a wide variety of issues.
Shame dies when stories are shared in safe spaces. Each of us has our own unique story, and I’ve had the privilege of hearing stories from people of all ages and backgrounds. The heart of my therapy is creating that safe space for you to share your story. Together, we can explore how you've arrived at this point in your life and what may be holding you back from moving forward.
If you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or past trauma, or find it hard to maintain relationships or confidence, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment to help you navigate life’s challenges and find clarity.
I am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their high standards of ethics and professionalism.
I offer a range of psychotherapy services, including: Individual Counselling (6 sessions), Individual Psychotherapy (long term), Organisational therapy and Couples/Family Therapy.
Specialising in: Bereavement and Loss, Addiction, Dreams repression, Dissociation, Trauma, Attachment styles, Early development, Bio-psycho-social (intercultural), Resilience, Anger management, Codependency, Anxiety and Depression.
I believe that therapy should be an integrative and collaborative process, where we work together to identify the root causes of your challenges and develop a personalised plan to help you overcome them and reach your full potential.
I hope you find this information helpful. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a consultation, I welcome telephone or email enquiries.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

What is therapy?
Counselling and Psychotherapy are forms of “talking therapies” that offer a safe, structured space to explore your feelings, beliefs, thoughts, and personal history, often including childhood experiences.
The process allows you to reflect on past experiences, understand their impact on your core beliefs, and decide whether they still serve you.
Therapy helps to foster insight into your challenges, promotes understanding of your motivations, and encourages healthier ways to cope and move forward.
Therapists provide:
• A dedicated time and space just for you, where you can openly discuss your concerns, something that might be difficult to do with family or friends.
• Non-judgmental support, actively listening to how you feel and its impact on you and those around you.
• Help in making the changes you want to achieve, and a strong therapeutic relationship to work through challenges together.
• Understanding and respect for how hard it can be to talk about difficult emotions.
Therapy can help with a wide range of issues, including:
• Anxiety, stress, or difficulty focusing. Depression, grief, or feelings of emptiness. Struggles with relationships, mood swings, or low confidence
• Sexual difficulties, self-harm, eating disorders, addictions, and obsessive behaviors
• Dealing with major losses such as bereavement, divorce, or job loss.
• Identity issues, panic attacks, and phobias.
Confidentiality is key in therapy, with everything discussed kept private. However, if there is a serious risk of harm, the therapist may need to involve another professional, with your consent, and this will be discussed at the start of your sessions.
Therapy can be short-term, lasting just a few sessions, or more long-term, depending on your needs. Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes, while couples therapy lasts 60 minutes.
