Hi I am a Senior Accredited Integrative Counsellor offering a safe space to support you , with over 10 years experience in many different areas. I offer an online , face to face , telephone and email service. to suit your needs.
I offer an online (GDPR safe ) service, face to face sessions , telephone or email correspondence. Creating a safe, confidential, collaborative space for us to work together and find a way forward.
I specialise in working with children and teenagers also SEN, usually seeing my younger clients in the comfort of their home, as I find this is a more relaxed environment for them and so enables then to better engage in the sessions.
I am Trained in CBT, Person-Centred and Psycho-dynamic, working with a range of issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, panic attacks, bereavement and more.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have extensive experience with difficulties children/ teenagers face. Having worked in several Primary/ Secondary schools, privately and as online therapist to young people. Constantly training to find new ways to support young people through a very challenging period, being aware of the vast pressure they have to deal with academically and socially.
