About me
I'm Amanda, and I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges with a compassionate, human touch.
As a trauma counsellor, I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can truly be yourself. I understand that exploring difficult feelings can be daunting, so I approach our sessions with warmth and compassion, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. While we navigate your experiences, I believe in the power of laughter to lighten the load, helping us find moments of joy even amidst the heaviness. Together, we’ll honour your journey, embracing whatever emotions arise without judgment, as we work toward healing and growth.
We’ll explore your thoughts and feelings to understand why and how you want things to change. I act as a guide, helping you build self-compassion and find clarity in your journey. My goal is to empower you to live the life you truly want, equipped with the insights and tools you need.
If you're ready to start figuring things out and moving towards a more fulfilling life, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Let's work together to uncover your potential and create the changes you desire - I encourage you to take the first step and reach out to me for a chat.
