About me

I am passionate about helping people live their lives in a way that makes them feel more fulfilled and able to deal with whatever life may bring their way.

I work both short and long term with therapy clients on a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, grief and self-fulfilment.

As well as talking therapy, I also offer brainspotting, a technique which can help process and release trauma.

Whatever issues you are currently facing, please get in touch and i'd be happy to talk through how therapy sessions with me might be able to help.

I offer therapy online and in person at my practice near Heathfield, East Sussex.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have my UKATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis Practice. I have also completed Brainspotting Level 2.

I am a member of UKATA and BACP, and abide by both their Code of Ethics.

I have been working with therapy clients for several years on a range of issues.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

UK Association for Transactional Analysis

UKATA (formally the Institute of Transactional Analysis) is the national UK Transactional Analysis organisation representing all fields of TA theory and practice. TA can be used as an effective tool in a wide range of contexts such as: personal development, management, coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, teaching, education, parenting and more.

If we decide we would like to work together, we will arrange weekly 50-minute sessions, costing £60 each.
