About me
You may be coming to therapy to help overcome feelings of depression or find ways to help manage your anxiety – or perhaps talk through why you’re simply not feeling yourself at the moment.
You might have relationship issues with your partner, friends or family, or want to explore and overcome current or past trauma.
Maybe there is something in your life you don’t feel able to discuss with anyone, but is too much for you to bear alone.
Whatever the reason you come to therapy, together we can find a way for you to move forward in your life in a way that is true to yourself.
I encourage you to bring your whole self to our therapy sessions and experience being accepted for whoever you are.
Baby loss
Losing a baby at any stage can be devasting. I offer support for anyone affected by baby loss, no matter how early your loss happened.
You may be finding it hard to find someone to listen to your experience, who truly wants to know and understand how you're feeling. Baby loss can be a very lonely and isolating experience - I offer a safe, warm place for your feelings to land.
What to expect
Therapy sessions are all unique. Some weeks you may simply want to talk and feel better for getting things off your chest. In other sessions, we may think together about things you can try to help feel less anxious or overwhelmed, or I might offer insights on your situation for us to talk through together. Each session is personal to you and what you need.
I offer weekly or fortnightly 50-minute individual therapy sessions, either in person on online, costing £65 each.
My style of therapy
Co-creative relational therapy with me means that we talk together about what is troubling you and we work together to find a way through. Our sessions will be all about you, and will hopefully feel like a conversation with a fellow human being who wants the best for you.
I also use Transactional Analysis (TA), which helps people understand themselves by exploring how they relate to others and themselves – and why these patterns of relating were formed. The core beliefs in TA are that everyone is OK, everyone can think and everyone can change.
I work both short and long term with therapy clients on a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, baby loss, relationship issues and low self-esteem.
As well as talking therapy, I also offer:
- EFT (also known as 'tapping'), which can offer relief from intense or uncomfortable emotions

- Brainspotting, a technique which can help process and release trauma

Get in touch
I offer a free initial 30-minute chat for individual and couples therapy, so you can see how you feel about working with me and talk through any questions or concerns you have about the therapy process.
Whatever issues you are currently facing, please get in touch and we can talk through how therapy sessions with me could help you.
I offer therapy online and in person at my practice near Heathfield, East Sussex.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

UKATA (formally the Institute of Transactional Analysis) is the national UK Transactional Analysis organisation representing all fields of TA theory and practice. TA can be used as an effective tool in a wide range of contexts such as: personal development, management, coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, teaching, education, parenting and more.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
