About me

My name is Amanda, I'm a qualified integrative counsellor based in Redruth in Cornwall. As an integrative counsellor, I am able to draw upon various therapeutic approaches to support our work together. I am passionate about working to provide a safe space to enable you to explore, make sense and process areas of your life that may feel painful or dysfunctional. I offer a non-judgemental, confidential and caring approach in a safe environment. I recognise the importance of working together at a pace that feels comfortable, ensuring that you feel safe and supported.

Counselling can help with many issues, helping us to unravel and better understand our behaviour, feelings and thought patterns. We may be feeling depressed, anxious or fearful and perhaps not really understand why. Our life experiences can shape us and define our feelings, thoughts and actions, they may leave us feeling disempowered and directionless. Counselling can help to establish a greater awareness of our old subconscious patterns and empower us to make decisions to live a more authentic and happy life.

I am an Accredited Member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society.  Membership No. NCS21-01459
