About me

Through ABC, I offer a comprehensive integrative psychotherapeutic therapy that is suitable for any child or young person (4-18 years) who is experiencing difficulties - whether it's a mental health concern or a problem relating to family or school/college.

Traditional counselling together with dialectical, cognitive behaviour and play therapy means I have a wide range of resources available to suit each child or young person's needs. This can particularly helpful for children who find it hard to express themselves verbally.
