Amal Woodhouse - MBACP PG Dip Counselling and Psychotherapy
Healthy relationships and effective communication are key to emotional wellbeing.
Through various interventions and psycho education, I can help adolescents and adults learn to take ownership and responsibility over their patterns of behaviour, reducing issues like anxiety, low mood, self esteem, anger management, self harm and relationship difficulties.
Having worked therapeutically in the NHS for both child and adult services where I have helped many into recovery, I offer a safe space to explore the past and present with a view to accept and facilitate change, both personally and relationally.
