Amal Woodhouse - MBACP PG Dip Counselling and Psychotherapy
Thame Barns Centre
Healthy relationships and effective communication are key to emotional wellbeing, particularly with young people.
Through various interventions and psychoeducation, I can help adolescents learn to take ownership and responsibility over their patterns of behaviour, reducing issues like anxiety, self esteem, anger management, self harm and low mood.
Having worked therapeutically in a mental health service with children and parents, I offer adults as well as teenagers, a safe space to explore the past and present with a view to accept and facilitate change.
