I am a qualified and registered Cognitive Behavioural therapist and counsellor based in Glasgow. I originally qualified as a clinical psychologist and completed a Master degree in 1999. In addition to that, I am an Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) trained therapist, certified in 2021.
I offer remote and in person sessions. If you would like to arrange a session please send me and email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
I have experience counselling adults, young people and elderly people, I can deal with various life situations such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, traumas, stress, sexual abuse, bereavement or loss, suicidal ideation/ thoughts, sleep issues, alcohol addiction, OCD, PTSD and many more.
I can do one-2-one therapy sessions as well as to group therapy sessions.
I'm bilingual, I can offer sessions in English as well as in Arabic.

COSCA is the professional body for counselling and psychotherapy in Scotland, and seeks to advance all forms of counselling and psychotherapy and the use of counselling skills by promoting best practice and through the delivery of a range of sustainable services. COSCA Counsellor Accreditation is a pathway to entry onto the UKRC.
It is a requirement of all individual and organisational members of COSCA to abide by its Statement of Ethics and Code of Practice and be accountable to the Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
