About me

My clients say I am easy to talk to, easy to be open with and non-judgemental. I provide a warm, friendly, confidential space, where you can feel safe, challenged and have the autonomy to explore whatever is on your mind. The outcome of therapy I most value is seeing my clients personal growth; it is a wonderful thing to watch. I feel that the process of therapy is a rewarding experience.

Psychosexual & Relationship therapy can help you explore your thoughts and feelings, and together we can work out solutions to any problems whether sexual or relational. Loss & Bereavement counselling helps people cope with the loss of a loved one shouldn't be something done alone.

I use an Integrative Humanistic approach using Existential, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred techniques. The aim of humanistic therapy is to help you develop a stronger, healthier sense of self. I care about the present moment and want you to achieve you.
