Alun Parry ~ Registered Member MBACP
Hi, I'm Alun, I work with individuals and couples to create the future you most want.
My guess is that you'd like to feel better than you do right now, and I can help you. You've already made that first step by visiting here, and I will be able to guide you with care through the next steps.
Maybe you feel a bit unsure about therapy or maybe you're worried about what it is like , and that’s perfectly natural if so. Perhaps you don’t want to dig up the past and all the upset it involves, or you just want things to get better and I get that. So here's some good news... whether you choose to talk about your history or not, I can help.
I use a number of different approaches in my work, as I think it is important for a therapist to be flexible enough to tailor sessions to your needs. You are a unique person after all, and therapy is not one size fits all. My fundamental approach is to build on your strengths to help you create the future you hope for.
There is nothing more satisfying for me than seeing you start living the life you truly want. You deserve help and support and you don’t have to make these changes alone. I’m here to help support you on your journey towards the future you want.
Please call, text, or email me to take the next step in getting help. Or if you just want to go ahead and book a session that's good too. You can see my diary online my website, and simply book the slot that suits you there and then.
I look forward to hearing from you.
