Alison Wall, MBACP, Counselling
Life is beautiful and painful.
It can filter how you think and operate in the world.
Fear with the stings of the unknown
The little voice that is always telling you
You are always ..... No one will ever....
The childhood story that won't go away
Trying to keep our heads above the water
Stuck in the past.
Only focused on what you don't have.
My identity/past is writing all over me.
Hidden parts of yourself
The Waves keep coming
Avoiding what’s really going on.
Unhelpful or Destructive patterns
Are you moving forward or backward?
Where are you right now?
In your journey
I can offer support and a safe and comfortable space to explore your themes.
The therapeutic relationship is an opportunity to feel truly seen, heard and thought about in a way that can be deeply healing.
