Birmingham Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre
127 Pottery Road
I offer a warm, friendly, empathic environment where you can explore issues which may be troubling you and/or causing you anxiety and distress. You can talk openly and confidentially about your thoughts, feelings and possibly life changing decisions that need to be made. I will support you in developing an understanding and acceptance of yourself and how you live in the world, helping you towards a healthier relationship with yourself and others. This can allow you to make more satisfying choices which can lead to achieving the life you really want.
I will work with whatever issues you bring to the session and may use creative activities to aid the therapeutic process.
I have previously had experience of working in a variety of environments including armed forces, childcare, office and retail environments in various roles. As well as providing coaching in the workplace and with young people in schools and counselling at a GP surgery.
I offer a technique called REWIND for the treatment of PTS symptoms and PTSD.
Please contact me for more information and to see if counselling could be for you. I also offer coaching if you feel this may be more suitable for you and supervision for other counsellors and psychotherapists.
