Counselling can be a life-changing experience. Sometimes it can be really difficult to filter out what it is that you want or need, as you get caught up in your day to day activities.
As a person-centred counsellor, I am there to listen to you, to understand how you are experiencing your life at this challenging time. This gives you the opportunity and space to work through whatever it is that you are seeking to understand, accept or change. I will support you throughout but not tell you what to do, as I trust that you will find the best solution for you.
I offer face to face counselling in a city centre location, as well as telephone and online video counselling.
