Life Feels overwhelming?
Feeling low, stressed or anxious? Nobody seems to understand you?
Having problems in your relationship? Or maybe you are lonely.
Reach out for help. You are not alone.
If you're tired of feeling this way, talking to a counsellor can help you to cope with difficulty and make positive changes.
Sometimes it's difficult to say what's on your mind to your friends or family, because you don't want to upset or worry them. This is where counsellor helps, because counselling is non-judgmental and genuinely only about you and your problems.
Get in touch with me by mobile or email and let's get you the help you need, because you are important! I work from Crewe, Winsford and Northwich.
I offer short and long-term emotional support and I also deliver workshops on abuse and self-esteem. You can talk to me about anything you like and anything that you feel is causing you distress in everyday life, but I have a lot of experience of working with:
Counselling is my passion and working with people is something I enjoy. It is extremely rewarding to be a part of someone else's journey to become the person they want to be. My role as a counsellor is to help you to understand and explore the feelings that cause you distress. Together we try to uncover why you feel or think the way you do. Also what you can do to feel better about yourself and how to deal with your negative feeling
I do this by giving you a space where you can talk freely about your problems without fear of being judged or told what to do. I help you to find ways of changing the way you feel and think I provide you with certain techniques to relieve your stress or anxiety.
I am self-employed with indemnity insurance and I attend regular monthly supervision.
