Hi there, thanks for looking at my profile. I understand it can be hard taking the first step in starting counselling. I offer a safe and confidential talking therapy in a relaxed and non-judgmental manner via online video calls or by Telephone. (Due to COVID restrictions I can not offer face to face sessions at this time).
Sometimes life does not always go the way we want it to, and things can happen that we have no control over which can stop us in our tracks. Difficulties can occur sometimes due to changes in life such as broken-down relationships, work life, finances, death of a loved one, health issues, addictions and other personal issues, all causing huge stress and exposure to deep emotional pain.
Counselling can offer you a confidential safe space to explore any issue you may be facing and help you to work through your difficulties. By engaging with the therapeutic process, counselling will provide you with the opportunity to learn more about yourself and increase your self-awareness. I feel awareness is the key to change.
Please feel free to contact me for an initial consultation. I can be contacted via email, text or phone and am happy to discuss any queries or concerns.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
