BABCP Accredited CBT Psychotherapist (PGDip)

About me

I have worked in mental health services within the NHS for over 10 years. This includes working in community services and more recently, acute inpatient services alongside specialist tertiary services. I have a wide range of experience both within NHS services and in private practice supporting individuals with their mental health.

In terms of what I can offer, I hope we can work together to develop an individualised assessment, formulation and therapy in line and goals. Therapies will be and based upon evidence based therapies including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). I hope you feel able to contact me to discuss your needs and to take steps in prioritising your emotional wellbeing.
