My name is Ali Graves and I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working in Blackheath, South East London.
I am here to provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore any issues causing you distress.
Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a Psychotherapist can make things a great deal better. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I am particularly adept at tailoring my approach and using a variety of techniques to suit my clients' individual needs.
'A picture is worth a thousand words'.
Sometimes there are no words to convey the fullness of our felt experiences. With a background in the Arts and as a key part of my psychotherapy training, I am skilled at incorporating a creative approach.
In engaging with your imagination, be it through a dream you had, a metaphor that rolls off your tongue or an image that springs to mind, I can support you to gain richer insights and find routes into to your unique sense of vitality.

I have a great deal of experience working with mothers, pregnant women, carers and people suffering from degenerative diseases.
Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
Health and Care Professions Council
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
