I have been trained within the psychodynamic framework, this means that together we will be working on enhancing your self-awareness and foster understanding around your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in relation to your past experiences. This will be possible through the exploration of unresolved conflicts and significant events in your past.
I have gained extensive clinical experience within diverse settings such as the NHS, education and charities. I also work with teenagers and young adults and have extensive experience working with learning disabled individuals with a history of abuse.
As a result of that I have gained experience in working with a wide range of issues.
I have worked extensively with trauma and abuse, depression and anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement and have a strong interest in gender identity issues.
I offer therapy both in English and Italian.
I work near London Bridge station and Putney Bridge station.
