About me

Thank you very much for visiting my profile. I am an experienced, accredited clinician with a great passion and interest in working with diverse clinical presentations, ranging from a single incident to complex trauma and PTSD, to eating disorders and body dysmorphia, as well as Mood and Anxiety Disorders. I can offer over a decade of experience of working with adults as well as children and adolescents in inpatient and outpatient settings in the U.K. ( NHS and non-NHS) as well as having started my career in the U.S. with the main focus in addictions and trauma-focused CBT.

My conceptual lens is psychodynamic and relational, and I have a very warm, compassionate and active communication style. I offer a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, and TF-CBT.

I practice in Central London (near Harley Street and Regent's Park) and my clinic hours are on Saturdays between 9:00 am and 6:00m pm.

My main treatment modalities include ACT, DBT, EMDR, CBT, and TF-CBT. I always aim for all of my interventions to be highly integrative, and personalised to the client I work with. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between a client and a therapist lies at the centre of successful treatment and that a collaborative approach to the therapeutic process should be at the forefront of all interventions.
