About me

Perhaps you are feeling anxious, sad, or your mood fluctuates, or, maybe you are scared of being judged and/or rejected. Perhaps, some painful memories are shaping the way you see yourself and the way you relate to others. Maybe you are experiencing relationship difficulties, blaming yourself or feeling hopeless and despairing, perhaps even trapped. Or, maybe you are experiencing workplace difficulties, or you are stuck in the current role and struggling to find the way out. Or, perhaps you just need a safe and confidential space to voice your feelings and start conquering the fears that are preventing you from achieving your goals

I am an experienced psychotherapist who will provide you with a confidential space to safely, explore and understand the difficulties you are experiencing, as well as to understand how they came about, We will work together to discover and examine the cause of your current difficulties and to enable you to gain new perspectives and insights.

We will work together to enable you to gain new insights and develop new, more satisfactory ways of relating to yourself and to others. Additionally, our work will provide you with new perspectives and inform decision-making towards your goals, as well as provide you with more appropriate ways to cope with feelings and problems

I appreciate that finding the right psychotherapist can be very challenging and anxiety provoking. Feeling comfortable when exploring and unravelling very personal feelings, thoughts and experiences with the psychotherapist will have a profound impact on the good therapeutic outcome. I offer 20 minutes informal, complimentary, first telephone consultation to give you an insight into how we would work together.
