About me

I offer counselling and psychotherapy sessions in central London (Oxford Circus, High Street Kensington and City of London). You can discuss a wide range of emotional, work and life issues confidentially.

My focus areas are building self esteem and improving your personal relationships.

I also have been trained to help people coping with a diverse range of situations: anxiety, depression, personal choice, self esteem, bereavement, stress management, eating disorders and many others.

My approach is integrative allowing me to use a variety of therapeutic tools (including Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Gestalt Therapy). I can tailor interventions to your needs to improve therapeutic efficacy.

CONTACT DETAILS

Contact me by either calling 07903050981 Monday to Friday. If I can't take your call or am not available please leave a message or send a text. I will call back within 24 hours.

You can also send an email to info@positive-counselling.com

HOW DOES COUNSELLING WORK

In the first session we will discuss briefly about privacy and confidentiality, then we will talk about what worries you and what kind of result do you want from your counselling.

In your sessions, we will work on issues you consider most important, and I will use a wide range of skills to help you to move towards your goals.

Sessions are held weekly at the same day and time (if possible) and the duration of your therapy depends on the issue presented and the result you want to achieve.

You can also have your counselling sessions on-line through Skype.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
