Maybe the anxiety, depression, worry and fear are too frightening or embarrassing, run too deeply, or the impact on those close to you just unknown.
If you want to talk about what is happening in your life, I can provide you with that space. To be yourself, speak out those unspoken thoughts, put words to those feelings, we can walk together into your dark places.
I offer short and longer-term counselling and psychotherapy to support you in whatever way you need, whether you seek support alone or with your partner.

I am a qualified, registered and accredited with the BACP as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and listed with the UKCP as a trainee psychotherapist.
I have a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree from the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute, Nottingham.

£45 per session for individuals, and £55 for couples. I offer sessions for students at £35 (daytime only).
I take cash, cheque or card payments. Invoicing and Bank transfers are also available, please ask.

I have an Enhanced CRB checked for adults.
