About me
I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist specialising in helping individuals navigate emotional challenges and achieve balance through a creative and mindful lens. I emphasise building strong, empathetic therapeutic relationships rooted in trust and respect, ensuring clients feel seen, heard and understood.
By blending CBT, mindfulness and creative techniques, I provide an integrated approach to mental health. My goal is to offer practical tools for personal growth and emotional wellbeing in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
Whether you're facing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, addiction, or other issues, I'm here to help you rediscover your strength and move toward meaningful change.
Lets work together to empower you on your journey to wellbeing.
To ensure we are a good fit, I offer a free 20 minute assessment conducted via zoom or telephone to discuss your needs and any questions you may have. I offer both in person and virtual sessions to accommodate your preferences.
