I am a BACP Registered Counsellor offering talking therapy to individuals who are seeking to enhance their overall well-being.
I imagine that if you are looking at this profile, you may be looking for support for yourself or someone you care for. Reaching out for support in times of difficulty can be daunting. I know that was my experience when I sought therapy. It is important that you find someone who you are comfortable talking to. I hope that as you continue to read, you will get a better sense of me and how I work.
I see the therapeutic relationship as a supportive resource, intending to cultivate a safe space in which we can discover your inner wisdom to empower you to seek out your potential. I believe that through witnessing and making sense of our experiences, we are able to access what is seeking to emerge from within and give voice to our truth.
My core training is Psychosynthesis, which is an integrative, holistic model focussing on mind, body, feelings and the soul journey. Along with active dialogue, I am open to using creative tools such as stories, image work and visualisations to help you give expression to different parts of your personality if you so wish. The notion of diversity and inclusion are reflected in my therapeutic practice. I enjoy working with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and honour both the similarities and differences we share as fellow beings.
I offer short term therapy, usually a minimum of 8 sessions if you are seeking support with a particular focus. I also offer long term therapy if you are seeking a deeper understanding of your past experiences and how these may impact upon your present circumstances.
My main areas of practice and experience are in:
- Searching for purpose and meaning
- Anxiety and stress
- Grief and bereavement
- Need for self-exploration and self-discovery
- Relationship breakdowns
- Coping with change
- Domestic violence
- Sexual abuse
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at The Psychosynthesis Trust and hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling.
My previous counselling experiences have been within charity organisations and school settings, university students and young professionals.
I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework and am in regular supervision. I also attend and assist in workshops and seminars to continue my training and development personally and professionally.

- Eating disorders
- Low self-confidence
- Low self-esteem

You can contact me by phone on 07913 054994 or email me. After initial contact by email or phone, we will arrange to meet as soon as we can.
This meeting will give us the opportunity to get to know each other, address any questions you may have and what has brought you to seek therapy. At the end of the session, we will hopefully have a better sense of whether we would like to continue working together and we can proceed to arrange a regular time to meet. Alternatively, you may want a few days to think it over, in which case we would arrange to speak or meet at a later date.
