About me
Hi, My name is Agnes. I am a qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, working in Pluralistic approach, which means that I can use tools, techniques and support which are most helpful for my clients. I adapt my work to individual client because I believe each of us is different and needs a different approach, so I will work with what you bring to me. I can support you if you are looking to resolve a particular issue, especially connected with grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, family and relationship problems, low self-esteem, work-related issues and others.
I use different therapeutic approaches, like Person Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt, TA or others, depending on individual needs of my clients.
As a part of my recent experience I have been working especially in field of grief therapy with Cruse Bereavement Support and with teenagers 11-18 as a school counsellor.
If you are going through a difficult time, struggling with your emotional state and having a hard time coping with certain aspects of your life, I can offer you my time and a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, where you can freely explore your situation, thoughts and feelings and find new ways to manage your problems and reach your goals.
