About me

Hi, My name is Agnes. I am a qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, working in Pluralistic approach, which means that I can use approaches, tools, techniques and support which are most helpful for my clients. I adapt my work to individual client because I believe each of us is different and needs a different approach, so I will work with what you bring to me. I will give you a safe space where you can freely express your feelings and thoughts and where everything you say is confidential.

I can support you if you are looking to resolve a particular issue, especially connected with grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, family and relationship problems, low self-esteem, work-related issues and others.

I am as well qualified and accredited Hypnotherapist, who can help you with issues like: stop smoking, trauma and past trauma, anxiety, building self-esteem, changing your behaviour, reaching your goals, loosing weight, phobias and many others.

I can use the hypnotherapy during the counselling if it is needed for my client.

I use different therapeutic approaches, like Person Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt, TA or others, depending on individual needs of my clients.

As a part of my recent experience I have been working especially in field of grief therapy with Cruse Bereavement Support and with teenagers 11-18 as a school counsellor. Within these two organisation I used to work with various issues like: anxiety, depression, trauma, past trauma, suicidal thoughts, relationships/friendship's problems, bulling, low self-esteem, living in dysfunctional families. I especially like the Inner Child therapy work.

If you are going through a difficult time, struggling with your emotional state, maybe sadness or loneliness, and having a hard time coping with certain aspects of your life, I can offer you my time and a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, where you can freely explore your situation, thoughts and feelings and find new ways to manage your problems and reach your goals.

Or maybe you had just enough of similar patters or situations which are reappearing in your life and you just want to work on it or on yourself to change something. If you come to me, we can work on that.
